I’m a biological anthropologist studying human evolution, growth, and development. I received my PhD in Anthropology from the University of Michigan in 2012, after which I was an assistant professor at Nazarbayev University in Astana, Kazakhstan until 2016. I am now in the Anthropology Department at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. In addition to my academic interests, I especially enjoy a good run and a good beer. Views and opinions expressed on this blog are my own*, and in no way associated with my current department or institution.
